By placing an order on this website you accept these terms. Please read them alongside our Shipping, Return & Exchange and Refund & Cancellation policies, which form part of this agreement.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. We currently ship only within India.

Products, pricing and availability

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST at the applicable rate. The rate is shown at checkout and on your invoice.
• Gold jewelry is priced on the day's metal rate together with making charges and stone value. Prices may therefore change without notice until an order is confirmed.
• Product photographs are taken as faithfully as we can manage, but stones and finishes may appear slightly different on your screen. Handcrafted pieces carry small, natural variations.
• If an item is listed at a clearly incorrect price or goes out of stock after you order, we will contact you and refund you in full rather than ship a substitute.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted only when we send a confirmation email. We may decline an order where payment fails verification, the delivery address is outside our serviceable area, or we suspect fraud.

Custom and made-to-order pieces

Bespoke commissions begin once you approve the quotation and design. Because they are made to your specification they are not eligible for return or exchange except where the piece is faulty or differs materially from the approved design.

Certification

Solitaires above 0.30 ct are supplied with an IGI or GIA certificate. Certificates are dispatched with the piece and the certificate number appears on your invoice.

Warranty

We warrant our jewelry against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. The warranty does not cover ordinary wear, loss of stones through impact, damage from chemicals or work done by another jeweler.

Intellectual property

Our designs, photographs, copy and marks belong to us and may not be reproduced for commercial use without written permission.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law, including for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction.
