Are your diamonds certified?

Every solitaire above 0.30 ct ships with an IGI or GIA certificate quoting the 4Cs and the laser inscription on the girdle. Smaller melee stones are covered by our own grading statement.

What is the difference between lab-grown and natural diamonds?

Chemically, optically and physically they are the same material — pure crystalline carbon. One formed in the earth, the other in a reactor. Lab-grown stones typically cost 60–70% less for the same size and grade, and we label every piece clearly so you always know which you are buying.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock pieces dispatch within 2 working days and reach metro cities in 2–3 working days after that. Bespoke commissions take 15–25 working days. Everything ships free, fully insured, against signature.

Can I return a piece?

Yes — within 7 days of delivery, unworn and complete with its box, certificate and invoice. We arrange a free insured pickup and refund you within 5–7 working days of the piece passing inspection.

Can you make something to my own design?

That is a large part of what we do. Send us a sketch, a photograph or simply a description through our custom design page. You will have a quotation within two working days and a CAD render before anything is cast.

Do you resize rings?

Yes. Your first resize within 30 days of delivery is free. Full eternity bands and some pavé settings cannot be resized, and the product page says so.

Which payment methods do you accept?

UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, plus cash on delivery on eligible orders. We never see or store your card or UPI credentials.

Is cash on delivery available?

On most pin codes and order values. Availability is confirmed at checkout, and the courier accepts cash or UPI at the door.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes — our address and opening hours are on the contact page. Appointments are not required, but booking one means a consultant is free when you arrive.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Put it on last, take it off first, keep it away from chlorine, and store pieces separately. Our jewelry care guide covers cleaning at home, and we clean and check settings free once a year for life.
