Shipping Policy

Every order ships free, fully insured to its declared value, and requires a signature on delivery. Jewelry is never left with a neighbour or at the door.

Dispatch times

• In-stock pieces — dispatched within 2 working days.
• Ring resizing — add 3 to 5 working days.
• Made-to-order and bespoke — 15 to 25 working days, confirmed in writing before we begin.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the courier, and you can follow the same order from your account or from the track-order page using your order number and email address.

Packaging

Pieces travel in a discreet outer carton — nothing on the outside identifies the contents. Inside is the jewelry box, any IGI or GIA certificate, and a tax invoice.

Receiving your parcel

Please check that the security seal is intact before you accept delivery. If the packet looks opened or tampered with, refuse it and tell us the same day — we will send a replacement or refund you in full. Please also film the unboxing where you can; it makes any claim straightforward.

Cash on delivery

Where COD is available the courier accepts cash or UPI at the door. Parcels are not opened before payment.

Undelivered parcels

Couriers make three delivery attempts. If all three fail, the parcel returns to us and we refund you less any actual return freight. Please make sure your phone number is one you answer.

International orders

We do not ship outside India at present. If you are abroad and would like a piece delivered to an Indian address, write to us and we will help.
