This policy explains what personal information we collect when you shop with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, our email correspondence and our showroom.

Information we collect

• Account details — your name, email address, phone number and password (stored only as a salted hash).
• Order details — shipping and billing addresses, items purchased, order value and GST details where you ask for a tax invoice.
• Payment details — handled entirely by Razorpay, our payment gateway. Card numbers, UPI IDs and net-banking credentials never reach our servers; we store only the payment reference and status.
• Custom design enquiries — the brief, budget range and any reference images you upload.
• Usage data — pages viewed and basic device information, used to keep the site fast and secure.

How we use it

To process and deliver your order, issue invoices, arrange insured shipping, handle returns and exchanges, answer your questions, and — only if you opt in — send occasional emails about new collections. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Who we share it with

Only the partners needed to complete your order: our payment gateway, our logistics partners for delivery, and our email provider for order notifications. Each receives the minimum information required, and none may use it for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are retained for eight years as required under Indian tax law. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw consent. You may ask us to delete an account that has no outstanding orders at any time.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent for marketing email, by writing to us from the address registered on your account. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary — keeping you signed in and remembering your bag — plus privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. You can block cookies in your browser, though sign-in and checkout will not work without the necessary ones.

Security

Our site is served over TLS, passwords are hashed, and access to customer records is limited to staff who need it and is logged. If a breach ever affects your data we will tell you and the relevant authority promptly.
